支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗支气管扩张感染的效果分析

Effect of bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol on treatment of bronchiectasis complicated with infections

目的探讨对支气管扩张合并感染患者应用支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗的临床效果及安全性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月收治的支气管扩张合并感染患者90例,随机分为常规组和治疗组,各45例,常规组使用生理盐水支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,治疗组使用氨溴索支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,对比两组患者肺功能改善、治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后呼气峰流速(PEF)为(4.81±1.05)L/s,1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)为(1.69±0.59)L,用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)为(55.32±7.69)%,均优于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义;治疗总有效率治疗组为97.78%,常规组为82.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.229,P<0.05);不良反应发生率常规组为8.89%,治疗组为11.11%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论对支气管扩张合并感染患者应用支气管肺泡灌洗氨溴索治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者肺功能,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol in treatment of bronchiectasis patients complicated with infections so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 90 bronchiectasis patients complicated with infections who were treated from Jan 2013 to Jan2014were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the conventional group and the treatment group,with 45 cases in each;the conventional group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage with normal saline,while the treatment group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol;the improvement of lung function,therapeutic effect,and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS After the treatment,the peak expiratory flow（PEF）of the treatment group was（4.81±1.05）L/s,the forced expiratory volume in 1s（FEV1）was（1.69±0.59）L,and the FEV1/FVC（forced vital capacity）was（55.32±7.69）%,they were superior to those of the conventional group,and there was significant difference between the two groups.The total effective rate of treatment was 97.78%in the treatment group,82.22%in the conventional group,there was significant difference between the two groups（χ^2=7.229,P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.89%in the conventional group,11.11% in the treatment group,there was no significant difference between the two groups.CONCLUSION The bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol can achieve exact effect on treatment of the bronchiectasis patients complicated with infections and effectively improve the lung function,with the safety high,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
