摘要 目的:了解大连市各级医院消毒与灭菌质量,为控制医院感染管理提供依据。方法:采用现场抽样检测方法,对医院不同对象的消毒与灭菌效果进行检测。结果:2012~2013年连续2年监测,共采集样品1818份,总合格率为89.11%。不同监测对象中,物体表面合格率92.43%,医务人员手合格率85.10%,消化内镜合格率为88.16%,使用中消毒剂合格率100.00%,灭菌物品合格率100.00%,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果合格率100.00%。结论:各级医院消毒与灭菌质量合格率呈现上升趋势,但医院物体表面、医护人员手以及消化内镜合格率较低,消毒与灭菌质量还有待提高。 Objective: Investigated the quality of disinfection and sterilization in the hospital in the city of dalian to provide a basis for the management of hospital infection. Method:Examine the disinfection and sterilization condition of the hospitals. Results:A total of 1818 samples were collected during the 2 - year monitoring from 2012 to 2013; the total qualifi ed rate was 89.11 percent. Among the different monitoring objects, the surface of was 92.43 percent, the hands of medical personnel was 85.10 percent, Endoscopic Medical institution was 88.16 percent, the used disinfectants was 100.00percent, sterilization items was 100.00 percent, the effect of pressure steam sterilizer sterilization was 100 percent. Conclusion:The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization quality in the hospitals has increased, but the surface in hospital, the hands of hospital medical staff and Endoscopic Medical institution was low comparatively, the quality of disinfection and sterilization yet to be improved.
