对人乳头瘤病毒认知度较高人群人乳头瘤病毒感染状况及基因型分析 被引量:7

Analysis on HPV infection status and genotypes among the population with high awareness of HPV

摘要 目的:了解对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)认知度较高人群的宫颈HPV感染状况及基因亚型分布情况。方法:对妇儿医院1 184例参加医院2012年度体检的已婚女职工,采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术进行21种HPV亚型感染检测。结果:1 184例中检测出HPV阳性106例,阳性率为8.95%。在阳性感染者中,高危亚型感染者为89例,占阳性感染者83.96%。单1种、合并2种、3种、4种HPV感染分别为88例(83.02%),15例(14.15%),2例(1.89%),1例(0.94%)。亚型感染率相对较高的5个亚型依次为HPV 52(31.13%)、HPV 58(17.92%)、CP 8304(14.15%)、HPV 53(12.26%)、HPV 16(8.49%)。23岁-、30岁-、40岁-、50岁-、≥60岁各年龄段HPV感染率分别为9.15%、9.45%、10.64%、5.56%、9.09%。结论:对HPV认知度较高人群宫颈HPV感染率相对较低,主要为单一亚型感染,HPV 52、HPV 58、CP 8304是最主要感染亚型。进行HPV-DNA检测和分型对宫颈癌的防治具有重要意义。 Objective: To understand cervical human papillomavirus( HPV) infection status and distribution of genotypes among the population with high awareness of HPV. Methods: A total of 21 kinds of HPV subtypes were detected by flow- through hybridization and gene chip technique among 1 184 married female workers receiving physical examination in this hospital in 2012. Results: Among 1 184 women,106 women were found with positive HPV,the positive rate was 8. 95%. Among the HPV- infected women,89 women were infected by high- risk HPV subtypes,accounting for 83. 96%. The infection rates of one HPV subtype,two HPV subtypes,three HPV subtypes and four HPV subtypes were 83. 02%( 88 women),14. 15%( 15 women),1. 89%( 2 women) and 0. 94%( one woman),respectively.The five HPV subtypes with infection rate from high to low were HPV 52( 31. 13%),HPV 58( 17. 92%),CP 8304( 14. 15%),HPV 53( 12. 26%) and HPV 16( 8. 49%). HPV infection rates in women aged 23- 29,30- 39,40- 49,50- 59,≥60 years old were9. 15%,9. 45%,10. 64%,5. 56% and 9. 09%,respectively. Conclusion: HPV infection rate is relatively low among the population with high awareness of HPV,single HPV infection is the major type,HPV 52,HPV 58 and CP 8304 are the main subtypes. HPV- DNA detection and genotyping have important significance in prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
