线粒体融合蛋白与卵母细胞体外成熟的研究进展
摘要
线粒体是机体保持功能正常及结构完整的能量枢纽,线粒体融合蛋白在维持线粒体正常生物学功能中发挥着不可替代的作用。随着辅助生殖技术(Assisted reproductive technology,ART)的不断发展,给人类及畜牧业带来福音的同时,研究哺乳动物生殖繁衍机制的科学探索不断深入,打破了长久以来生物的自然选择,更实现了物种控制性优胜劣汰。
