摘要
采用平行提取法,研究石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醇、水6种溶剂对辛夷提取率的影响,采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法分别测定了辛夷6种平行提取物对黄瓜灰霉病致病菌——灰葡萄孢菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制效果。结果表明:去离子水的提取率最大为25.71%,石油醚最小为9.63%;辛夷6种平行提取物对灰葡萄孢菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有抑制作用;石油醚、氯仿提取物对菌丝生长的EC50分别为372.15、206.83mg/L,对孢子萌发的EC50分别为1 318.92、591.78mg/L,抑菌效果较好;水提取物对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC50分别为6 024.25、3 532.13mg/L。说明辛夷有机溶剂提取物对菌丝生长的抑制效果优于其对孢子萌发的抑制效果,且辛夷的主要抑菌活性成分较易被极性小的有机溶剂提取。
The effects on violet magnolia extraction ratio of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, deionized water were studied with parallel extract methods. The inhibitory effects of 6 kinds violet magnolia parallel extracts on hyphae growth and spore germination of Bocrytis cinerea Pers. pathogen were studied with growth rate and spores germination methods. The results showed that the extracted rate of deionized water was the largest, which was 25.71%. The smallest was petroleum ether which was 9.63%.6 kinds solvent parallel extracts had significant antibacterial effects on hyphae growth and spore germination of pathogen. The EC50 of petroleum ether, chloroform and deionized water extracts on hyphae growth and spore germination was 372. 15 mg/L and 1 318. 92 mg/L,206. 83 mg/L and 591.78 rag/L,6 024. 25 mg/L and 3 532. 13 mg/L respectively. Indicate that the inhibition effect on hyphae growth was superior to spore germination of organic solvents extracts. And the main inhibiting activity substance of violet magnolia could be extracted by polar organic solvents easily.
