五味子花芽分化过程中的源库关系对花芽分化质量的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Source-sink Relation on Quality of Flower Bud Differentiation During Flower Bud Differentiation Period of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz) Baill

摘要 以五味子6年生优系为试材,测定结果叶丛枝和营养长枝叶片中的淀粉、可溶性糖、全氮和可溶性蛋白质含量,并调查果实的生长动态。结果表明:花芽分化质量不同的枝类,其叶片的碳氮化合物动态变化存在较大差异,并与果实的生长动态具有一定的相关性。在果实负载量较大的情况下,由于芽体的营养竞争能力差,营养供应不足,不能分化出较高比率的雌花芽。 Taking the 6-year-old trees of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz) Bailt as materials, the contents of starch, soluble sugar, total nitrogen and soluble protein were determined and the dynamic growth of fruits were also investigated. The results showed that the dynamic change of carbohydrate and nitrogenous compounds existed high difference in leaves of different branches with different quality of flower bud differentiation and that change had some correlation to dynamic growth of fruits. The rate of female differentiation was not high for bad capacity of nutritional competition in buds under lack of nutritional supplying and heavy carrying of fruits.
