基于马鞍车床的三旋轮旋压机尾座改造 被引量:3

Tailstock transformation of three-roller spinning machine based on gap-bed lathe

摘要 在实际生产中,为了减少费用,并充分利用原设备,将其他类型机床(如车床)改造为旋压机是一种可靠且有效的设备方式。为满足旋压机技术要求和被加工工件尺寸要求,原车床尾座需要改造。重点介绍了将马鞍车床改造为用于长筒形件强力旋压成形时尾座运动的改进方案、动力件和导向件的选取。为适应加工不同尺寸的工件,将尾座运动改进为三级运动模式,分别是尾顶的纵向移动、底座的纵向移动和尾顶的横向移动。计算结果表明:改造后的尾座能够提供足够的顶紧力、卸料方便,允许加工尺寸最长可达3 m。 In order to reduce the cost and take full use of the existing machine, it is a reliable and effective method that the existing machine, such as a lathe, is transformed into a spinning machine in the practical production. The original tailstock of the lathe should he transformed to meet the technical and the workpiece size requirement. The redesigned motion scheme of the tailstock, and the selection of the power parts and guide parts for long tube power spinning were introduced mainly. The motion of the tailstock was redesigned as three levels to produce workpieces with different sizes properly, including the longitudinal motion of the tail cap and the pedestal, and the lateral motion of the tail cap. The calculation results show that after transformation, the tailstock is able to provide sufficient top force and is convenient for discharge of spun tubes, and the permitted longest spinning size reaches 3 m.
