摘要
介绍了某汽车左右车门外板支撑板的工艺及模具结构设计,通过优化工艺及模具结构,将左右车门外板支撑板同模生产,即在同一副模具中完成拉延、修边冲孔、剖切等冲压工序。重点讲述了左右车门外板支撑板共模拉延的工艺及其多工位模具的结构及工作原理。生产实际证明,该模具有效地降低了模具开发成本;将原来的六套模具整合成一套模具,降低了机床的冲次费用,减少了冲压操作工人的数量,提高生产节拍和生产效率,节省了冲压车间模具的存放空间;材料利用率较预估的单件拉延提升了5.66%。将此技术应用于同类产品会大大降低整车白车身的开发费用。
The technology and die structure of support plates for left and right panels of auto door were introduced. By optimizing the technology and die structure, the support plates of left and right panels of the car doors were produced in one die including drawing, trimming, punching and cutting process. The optimized technology, the structure and principle of multi-position die were described. Production practice proves that the cost of die development is effectively reduced ; the original six sets of die are integrated into a set of die, which reduces the cost of punching times and the number of stamping operation workers, improves the production efficiency, and saves the storage space of stamping workshop, increases the material utilization by 5.66% than that of the forecast sheet drawing. Therefore, the cost of development on the vehicle will reduced considerably.
