摘要
人才招聘工作有着综合性与复杂性的特征,人才招聘不仅会影响人力资源管理工作的实施成效,对于企业的发展也影响颇大。本文主要分析现阶段我国企业人才招聘工作中的常见问题与应对措施。
The recruitment work has the characteristics of comprehensiveness and complexity. The recruitment will influence the implementation effect of human resource management work and the development of enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the common problems and solutions of the current enterprise recruitment work in China.
