本文以产业转型升级对高素质技术技能型人才需求为背景,探索"双师型"师资队伍的建设内容及保障机制,提升高职院校服务地方产业转型升级能力,从根本上提升高职教育的办学质量与办学水平。

Taking the needs for skilled technology talents with high quality of industry transformation and upgrade as the background, this paper explores the content and the guarantees mechanism of ＂double qualification＂ teachers team construction, promotes the service capacity for the local industry transformation and upgrade of higher vocational colleges, and essentially upgrades the quality and level of higher vocational education.
