Through expounding the background of school-enterprise cooperation and the development situation of the cooperative development alliance in Henan Institute of Science and Technology, this paper researches, studies and analyzes the categories and properties of the cooperative development alliance members to put forward the advantages and disadvantages in the process of school-enterprise cooperation.
