基于项目理念的高质量人才培养

High Quality Talents Cultivating Based on Project Idea

高职院校的人才培养方案,已经比较完善,都在尽力体现高职教育的特色,努力地培养应用型人才,知识结构,能力结构,培养体系也很成熟,但还是没有达到培养企业所需的高质量人才的目标。本文通过调研提出以培养人才高质量为第一要务、重视专业基础教育,培养可持续发展能力、集中实践能力训练、培养技能型人才、基于项目理念的高质量人才培养之教、学观点。

Programme of personnel training in higher vocational colleges is relatively complete, which are trying their best to reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education and efforts to train application-oriented talents, and the knowledge and ability structure, train system are mature, but still did not meet the requirement on high quality talent of the enterprise. Through research, this paper proposed the teaching and learning perspective of quality talents cultivation that taking high quality as top priority, paying attention to the professional education, cultivating sustainability, practical ability, training skilled talents, based on the project idea.
