基于SWOT分析的云南与GMS五国高等教育合作对策研究

The Research on Higher Education Cooperation Strategy of Yunnan and GMS Countries by Using SWOT Analysis

本文运用SWOT分析的方法,提出了云南与GMS五国进行高等教育合作拥有的优势和机会,以及其自身存在的劣势和面临的挑战,认为云南必须在良好的政策环境下,各高校联合起来,加快学历学位互认进程,调整专业与课程设置,推进涉外师资队伍建设、有效提升留学生专业教育国际化水平,从而能更好地与GMS五国进行高等教育合作。

Based on SWOT analysis, this paper gives out the strengths and opportunities, as well as the inner weaknesses and threats of the higher education cooperation in Yunnan and GMS countries. It concludes that Yunnan can improve the cooperation with GMS countries from six aspects. Firstly, it should create good policy surroundings for the cooperation. Secondly, the mutual recognition process of academic degrees should be speeded up. Thirdly, Yunnan should adjust the course curriculum. Fourthly, Yunnan higher education should work together to make a plan for the cooperation of GMS countries. Fifthly, the construction of foreign teachers should be promoted. Finally, the international foreign students＇ education level should be improved.
