我国城市水土保持存在的问题及对策

Problems and Measures of the Water and Soil Conservation in the Cities of China

城市水土保持近年来在我国发展很快,对改善城市生态环境,提高城市居民生活质量,起到了积极作用。但由于城市水土保持还处在起步阶段,存在着多部门管理、缺少整体规划、缺少法律和技术支撑、缺少资金等问题。本文着重针对以上几个问题作了阐述,提出了作者个人的对策。在当前城市生态日益恶化,雾霾等极端天气频发的背景下,本文具有很强的现实意义。

The water and soil conservation of city has rapidly developed in China, it plays a positive role in perfecting the urban ecological environment, improving the quality of urban life. Because the water and soil conservation of city is still in the infancy, there are many problems of it, such as being managed by many sections, lack of overall planning, lack of the support of law and technology, lack of money and so on. This paper expounds these problems and puts forward the own opinions. In the background of the deteriorating urban ecological and the frequent extreme weather like haze, this paper has very strong practical significance.
