十堰市2011-2013年餐饮单位防鼠设施现状及分析

Catering units rat proof facilities current situation and analysis of Shiyan city during 2011-2013

目的巩固创卫成果,强化餐饮单位防鼠设施建设,防止老鼠侵入。方法依据十堰市防"四害"设施建设实施方案,对餐饮单位操作间、库房、包间等防鼠设施、鼠迹进行督查。结果 2011-2013年防鼠合格率分别为82.50%、89.91%、95.10%,合格率逐年提高;大中型酒店防鼠设施较完善、合格率高,小餐馆次之,农家乐较差。结论将餐饮单位四害密度监测、督查作为办理卫生许可证和换证必要条件,有利于强化防鼠设施建设,对控制鼠密度具有重要作用。

Objective To consolidate the achievements of build an advanced clean city,strengthening the construction of rat proof facilities in catering units,prevent the rat invasion. Methods According to Shiyan prevent the four pest facilities construction,to supervise catering units of the operating room,warehouse,private rooms,etc. rat proof facilities and rat trace. Results Anti rat qualified rate was 82. 50%,89. 91%,and95. 10% from 2011 to 2013 respectively,qualified rate is increasing year by year; large and medium- sized hotels prevention facilities is generally complete,the qualified rate is high,followed by small restaurants,farmhouse is in poor condition. Conclusions Take handle sanitation license and license change as necessary conditions for the four pests density monitoring of catering units,is good for the rat proof facilities construction,play an important role in controlling the rats＇ density.
