一起中学生食物中毒流行病学调查和实验室检测分析 被引量:1

A middle school students' food poisoning case epidemiological investigation and laboratory test analysis

摘要 目的对中学生食物中毒查明原因,为食物中毒应急处理提供依据和参考。方法依据《食品卫生微生物学检验》(GB/T 4789.4-2008),分别对肛拭子标本、糕点、食品公共用具、容器及加工可疑食品所用原料标本共43份样品进行致病菌检测。结果从12份肛拭子中和2份糕点样品中检出肠炎沙门氏菌。结论根据流行病学调查及实验室检测结果分析和综合判断,中学生食物中毒是由肠炎沙门氏菌污染食物引起的。 Objective Make pathogen detection to the middle school students poisoning,provide basis and reference for the identification of causes of food poisoning emergency treatment. Methods According to Food hygiene microbiological examination( GB / T 4789. 4- 2008),make pathogen to the anus swabs,pastries,public food utensils,containers and raw materials used in the processing of suspicious food,a total of 43 samples respectively. Results Detected enteritidis Salmonella from 12 anus swabs and 2 pastries. Conclusions According to the results of laboratory investigation and epidemiological analysis and comprehensive judgment,middle school students' food poisoning was caused by salmonella enteritidis contamination of food.
