摘要
本文主要通过对中西方思政工作模式的比较,重点分析了我国和西方国家主要的思政工作模式和特点,论述了在现代企业制度下开展思治工作的主要任务和方法,并对具体的企业进行了剖析。
Through the comparison of ideological and political work patterns between China and the West, this paper mainly analyzes the main patterns and characteristics of the ideological and political work in China and the West, expounds the main task and methods of developing the ideological and political work under the modern enterprise system and analyzes the specific enterprises.
