摘要 目的:研究Nanog蛋白在肿瘤细胞中表达的意义。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、CNKI、中国生物医学文献和万方数据库,检索时间均从建库到2014年5月,手工检索相关文献,收集Nanog在肿瘤细胞和正常细胞中表达的随机对照实验。对符合纳入标准的临床研究进行质量评价和资料提取后,采用Rev Man5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇原始文献,包括852例组织芯片(其中癌细胞组520例,正常细胞组332例)。Meta分析结果显示:癌细胞组中Nanog蛋白表达风险是正常细胞组的13.78(95%CI:9.60-19.77)倍。敏感性分析Z=14.24,P〈0.00001,即分析结果稳定且不存在明显偏倚。结论:Nanog在肿瘤细胞中较正常细胞中显著高表达。 Objective: Significance of Nanog expression in tumor cells. Methods: To collect randomized controlled trials of Nanog expression in cancer cells and normal cells, we search PubMed, Embase, Cochrane library, CNKI, wanfang database and the Chinese biomedical literature retrieval time from the building by May 2014. Data extraction and quality assessment of clinical studies in accordance with the inclusion criteria. Meta analysis was performed with RevMan 5.2 software. Result: The 9 original articles were included, including 852 cases of tissue chip (The cancer cell group 520 cases, 332 cases of normal cell group). Meta analysis showed that the expression of Nanog protein in cancer cell group risk is 13.61 (95%CI:9.50-19.50) times the normal cells group. Sensitivity analysis results is stable and there is no obvious bias. Conclusion:The expression of Nanog in cancer cells is significantly higher than that in normal cells.
