1株分离自西沙诺尼果原浆细菌菌株CICC10881的鉴定及生物学特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以西沙诺尼发酵果原浆中分离到的优势菌株CICC 10881为研究对象,对该菌株的分类地位及生长条件进行了研究。通过形态学描述、生理生化特征、16S rRNA和16S^23S rRNA基因序列分析,将其鉴定为东方醋杆菌(Acetobacter orientalis),该菌首次在诺尼果原浆中分离获得,也是我国首次分离获得此菌种。液态培养条件(培养基、p H、培养温度)对菌株生长影响的研究表明,其最适培养条件为,MRS培养基、温度30℃、p H 5.5。 In this study, the bacterial strain CICC 10881 isolated from Paracel Noni fermented juice was identi- fied and its growth conditions were also investigated. The strain was indentified and characterized via 16S rRNA and 16S-23S rRNA gene sequences, morphological features, and cultural, physiological and biochemical characteristics. Strain CICC 10881 was identified as Acetobacter orientalis. It is the first time that this specie was isolated from the Paracel Noni juice in China. The optimum culture conditions for CICC 10881 were as follows: MRS medium, temper- ature 30℃ and pHS. 5. This research will provide foundation for further study.
