2型糖尿病和糖耐量受损与同型半胱氨酸的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨高同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病及糖耐量受损的关系,探求2型糖尿病的干预和治疗方案。方法:选取64例初诊2型糖尿病患者(DM组),41例糖耐量受损患者(IGR组)与25例正常健康者作对照(NGT组),行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),探讨同型半胱氨酸与血糖、胰岛素和HOMA-IR的关系。结果:2型糖尿病患者和糖耐量受损患者血HCY水平高于正常健康组,HCY与TC、TG、Hb Alc、HOMA-IR呈正相关;与HOMA-B呈负相关。结论:初诊2型糖尿病患者和糖耐量受损患者血清HCY水平高于正常对照组,高同型半胱氨酸血症是2型糖尿病患者产生胰岛素抵抗的相关因素。
