腹部手术后患者对医护一体化换药模式的效果评价

Evaluation of patients with medical dressing effect on integration mode after abdominal operation

目的:了解腹部手术后患者对医护一体化换药模式的效果评价。方法:选择医护一体化换药模式后住院、出院及外院腹部手术后接受伤口换药的患者128例,通过问卷调查,从患者的舒适度、认同度、满意度三个方面了解患者对医护一体化换药模式的评价。结果:92.97%的患者认为换药过程的疼痛轻微,67.19%的患者表示在换药过程中护理人员非常关爱自己,73.44%的患者表示伤口治疗的时间适宜,83.59%的患者支持医护一体化换药模式,92.97%的患者表示总体满意。结论:患者对医护一体化换药模式的评价较高,值得临床推广和深入发展。

Objective To understand the effect evaluation of patients for medical integration dressing mode after abdominal operation.Methods Selection of medical dressing mode after hospital discharge,integration and abdominal operation outside of the hospital after receiving 128 cases wound of patients,through the questionnaire survey,understanding the evaluation on medical integration model from three aspects of dressing change of patients with patient comfort,identity,satisfaction.Results 92.97% of patients think dressing process with slight pain,67.19% of patients said in the dressing process of nursing staff is very love themselves,73.44% of patients said wound treatment time,83.59% of the patients medical dressing support integration mode,92.97% of the patients expressed overall satisfaction.Conclusion Patients with evaluation of medical dressing model integration is high,is worth the clinical promotion and development.
