摘要
美国高校图书馆确立长期战略规划以保障其长远发展,并通过外部认证和馆内自评等质量保障机制对其发展战略规划进行评估。我国高校图书馆也可以借此经验,结合自身实际,实现战略规划评估与质量保障相结合的运作模式。
Institutional accreditation and self-study are used as the major methods to assess the effectiveness of strategic planning in American university libraries. University libraries in China can also find their ways to combine the assessment of strategic planning and the quality assurance through independent exploration.
