本文探讨了公共图书馆的职业精神,并从公共治理理论角度提出了以政府为主导加强图书馆顶层设计,通过健全激励机制发挥馆员积极性,强调公民参与完善绩效考评机制,弘扬志愿精神培育图书馆员职业精神。

This paper discusses the professional spirit of public libraries. From the public governance theory point of view, this paper proposes to improve top-level design guided by the government, make librariang enthusiasm into full play by a sound incentive mechanism and achieve good governance of publie libraries by promoting the voluntary spirit, cultivating librariang occupational spirit and citizen participation on improving performance evaluation mechanism.
