摘要
随着改革开放进程的加快,越来越多的外国留学生选择就读中国的高校。他们在中国高校的学习、生活以及适应情况直接关系到我国高校的形象,间接影响我国的国际形象。本文采用LibQUAL+这种基于用户的图书馆服务质量评价模型,对天津医科大学留学生对该校图书馆服务的满意度进行了调查,利用SPSS对调查结果进行分析,并提出了相应的改进意见和建议。
With the speeding up of reform and opening up, more and more foreign students choose to study in universities of China. Thus their study and adaptation in Chinese universities affect the image of colleges and universities in our country, as well as the international image of China. By using LibQUAL+R which is an evaluation model based on library customer service, a survey about foreign students satisfaction about a medical university's service has been done. The results is analyzed by SPSS and according to the problem reflected by the survey, some useful suggestions are put forward to improve the library service to foreign students.
