Building the Third Space and Serving to the City Culture——The Exploration and Practice of Improving Service Quality of City Library

本文从工作实际出发,结合长春图书馆服务案例,分析城市中心图书馆作为独特第三空间与城市文化的相融性,探讨城市公共图书馆服务体系的总体品质。提出在公共图书馆服务体系构建的过程中,作为第三空间的城市中心图书馆在理念创新、体系创新、技术创新和内容及服务方式创新等方面的举措,从而确定城市中心图书馆作为第三空间的价值取向。

Starting from the actual working and combining with the service case of Changchun Library, this paper analyzes the interaction between city central libraries as an unique third space and the city culture, discusses the overall quality of public library service system of the city. It puts forward the measures of city central library as the third space in concept innovation, system innovation, technology innovation and the content and mode of service innovation during the construction of public library service system, accordingly determines the value orientation of city central library as the third space.
