战略性人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 战略性人力资源管理主要是在激烈的市场竞争中,企业充分利用自身资源优势,来保证在市场方面的竞争优势。而人力资源是企业自身资源的重要方面,因此如何对人力资源进行战略性管理,保障企业在本身的核心优势,在知识经济时代如何有效的提高组织绩效,也是企业在发展过程中的关键问题。本文将通过战略性人力资源管理对组织绩效的影响研究,从而提出相关建议。
