摘要
通过深入剖析水资源保护一体化对于京津冀协同发展的重要作用,分析目前京津冀水资源保护一体化现状与面临的主要问题,提出推进京津冀水资源保护一体化的基本思路、重点领域、合作机制,并结合京津冀重点工程建设提出政策建议。
Current situation and main issues related to integration of water resources protection in Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei Region are evaluated based on comprehensive analysis of functions of water resources protection to coordinated development of the region. Proposals are made regarding to basic concepts, main fields and cooperative mechanism for promoting integration of water resources protection in the region. Moreover, policy measures are suggested to the construction of key projects in these three areas.
