摘要
菌落总数是评价水质污染程度的主要卫生指标,因此对菌落总数检测的质量控制就显得尤为重要。就目前而言,菌落总数的数据质控始终没有一个统一的标准,并且根据菌落数量的多少会有所不同。根据实际工作的特点,对引起菌落总数检测结果误差的因素进行分析讨论,并提出相应的控制措施。
Total number of bacterial colony is one of the main indicators for evaluating intensity of water pollution. Therefore, it is vital of implement quality control during testing of total numbers of bacterial colony. However, there is no unified standard which has been applied for testing the total number of bacterial colony. Factors that may cause error to the testing result are examined and relevant measures are put forward.
