摘要
患儿男。7岁．以间断性头晕、颈枕部疼痛4d入我院小儿内科。入院时咽部充血．扁桃体Ⅱ度肿大，表面可见白色分泌物：内科系统及神经系统未见阳性体征。血常规：白细胞15．39×10^9／L．中性粒细胞8．87×10^9L：C反应蛋白147．69mg／L：抗链球菌溶血素＂O＂221．6IU／mL，血培养未见细菌生长。
