摘要 根据科普能力的内涵,从科普参与人员、科普基础设施、科普经费、科普宣传和活动等方面构建区域科普能力评价指标体系,并采用改进的CRITIC法进行指标赋权,在此基础上运用分形模型对我国31个省(市、自治区)的科普能力进行评价与分析。结果表明,我国区域科普事业发展并不均衡,各省科普能力水平存在明显差异,大致呈现东部、中部、西部依次递减的趋势。最后提出促进我国区域科普工作均衡发展的政策建议。 On the basis of the connotation of regional science popularization capacity, this article will construct the evaluation index system from the aspects of personnel participating, basic facilities, funds, and propaganda activities and weight by improved CRITIC method. Then we use the fractal model to evaluate and analyze the science popularization capacity of China's 31 provinces (cities, autonomous regions). The results show that the development of our country's regional science popularization is not balanced; there are some differences among the provinces of science popularization capacity level, which generally presents the decreasing trend of the eastern, central and western area. Finally, based on the research conclusion, this article puts forward some suggestions to promote balanced development of regional science popularization.
