摘要
以管理者认知理论为基础,以我国394家制造业上市公司为研究对象,采取泊松回归方法实证研究企业高管认知、激励及资源三者联合对企业创新活动的影响。研究结果表明,管理者认知、激励、资源三者分别与企业创新活动之间存在显著的正相关关系,而且上述三个因素的交互作用也进一步促进了企业创新活动的开展。
This study investigates how executive cognition, incentive and resource influence a firm' s innovation activities by drawing on the cognition theory and the data of 394 Chinese listed manufacturing companies. We develop and test some hypotheses and the results show that each factor is separately important in influencing firm' s innovation, and their alignment has a great influence on firm' s innovation. Based on the empirical research, this study not only analyzes the relationship between cognition, incentive, capability and firm innovation activities, but also makes a contribution to the understanding of firm innovation activities.
