摘要
根据世界知识产权组织网公布的数据,统计十一五期间我国高校专利合作条约(PCT)申请的状况,分析排名前5所高校的PCT申请特点及高校PCT申请人5年间的增长趋势,重点研究2006年至2010年期间高校PCT申请在技术领域中的分布特点,以期为我国高校的技术研发、专利战略性布局和专利政策的制定提供有价值的信息。
According to the data provided by World Intellectual Property Organization, this article tells the statistics of university Patent Cooperation Treaty （PCT） application of China in the Eleventh Five - Year Plan period, analyzes the characteristics of the top 5 universities PCT application and the growth trend of university PCT applicants during the five years, and also focuses on the distribution characteristics of the university PCT application in the fields of technology during 2006 -2010 Finally for these characteristics, relevant countermeasures are proposed in this paper, which might provide valuable infoImation for layout of university technology research and development, patent strategy and patent policy development in China.
