制度理论视角下的企业创新行为研究——基于国家高新区企业的实证分析

An empirical study on firm innovation from institutional coupling perspective:the case of national high-tech zones

从新制度理论的视角研究国家高新区内企业的创新行为,阐述企业内部、外部制度环境及其耦合机制对企业创新绩效的作用机理。研究发现,国家高新区外部制度环境和内部制度环境下,企业追求"合法性"的行为对企业的创新绩效具有正向的促进作用。但是内外部制度环境的耦合机制对企业创新绩效的影响并不明显。我们进一步针对如何完善和改进国家高新区内外部两种制度环境之间的耦合机制,促进企业的创新绩效提出了政策建议。

This paper investigates innovation activities of firms in national high-tech industry zones from neo-institutionalism perspective.We examine the important role of institutions both internal and external the firms,as well as their coupling mechanism on firms＇ innovation performance.Taking the Nanning national high-tech industry zone as our research example,we find that under the circumstance of both internal and external institutions the activities of pursuing ‘ legitimacy＇ have positive impacts on innovation per formance.However,the coupling mechanism of internal and external institutions does not influence innovation performance significantly.Furthermore,we provide suggestions about how to improve the coupling mechanism in order to better the innovation performance of
