球磨机格子板的改造实践

摘要 针对Φ3600×4500格子型球磨机在使用过程中存在的格子板压条磨损快、固定螺栓易变形等问题,本文介绍了对格子板改造的方法及使用效果,将球磨机格子板的固定螺栓孔从边缘移到中央,去掉格子板压条,将格子板由锰钢改为聚氨酯材料。改造后,格子板装配更加稳固,固定螺栓受力减少而且均衡,故障率降低,使用寿命延长,提高了磨机运转率。 For an unreasonable design of the lattice boards ,the Φ3600 × 4500 ball mills is in failure frequently ,n this paper ,a way to improve the structure of lattice boards is introduced .Bolt holes for securing are moved from the edges of the lattice boards to the center ,the clamping beans are removed and manganese steel that the lattice boards are made of is replaced by polyurethane .Through the above improvement the installation of lattice boards becomes firmer ,the force of the bolts for securing is reduced and well balanced .Through these improvement ,the running ratio of ball mills is significantly increases .
