摘要
针对雷达对抗侦察装备试验中电磁环境客观表达及定量分级的难题,采取面向具体电磁环境受体的研究思路,提出了一种基于多属性的电磁环境分级方法。该方法进行分级度量时主要考虑了侦察装备、作用机理、环境特征三个因素,从电磁信号、电磁实体和电磁干扰的六个属性方面建立了分级度量体系。在各属性的概念模型基础上,建立了指标量化分析模型,主要依据具体被试装备指标、先验数据和专家知识实现了对定量以及定性指标要素的归一化。利用模糊层次分析法建立了各指标的聚合模型,可综合评判给出电磁环境复杂度值,并给出其对应的电磁环境度量等级。设计了分级度量的软件工具,使用表明对雷达对抗侦察装备试验设计与结果分析具有重要应用价值。
A classification method of electromagnetic environment based on multi-attribute was proposed in allusion to the difficult problem of its objective expression and quantitative classification in the radar countermeasure reconnaissance equipment test, which included the research approach facing specific acceptor of it. Three factors including reconnaissance equipment, action mechanism and environment characteristic were regarded in the method, and the system for classification and measurement was founded from six property aspects of electromagnetic signal, radioactive source and interference. On the basis of the conceptual model for each attribute, the quantitative analysis model were established in which the normalization for quantitative and qualitative index elements ware implemented according to the indices and the prior data of definite equipment under test and expert knowledge. The aggregation model for each index was set up with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, in which the complexity value of electromagnetic environment and its corresponding measurement level were provided after comprehensive judgment. The software tool for the method was designed, whose user experience indicates that there are important application values for test-design and result interpretation of the radar countermeasure reconnaissance equipment test.
