摘要 针对NMOHEMS现场探测单元无人机运载的运作机制,需求一种小型化,易于自动控制的投放系统。基于系统对安全性和可靠性的要求,探索使用压缩空气弹射现场探测单元,压力筒内空气的压力Px,现场探测单元的质量M与现场探测单元出口处速度v之间的关系成为研究的核心问题。建立了机载单元水平弹射和垂直弹射的数学模型,并对该模型进行了仿真计算。研制了压力筒的样机模型和自动控制系统,实施了现场探测单元水平弹射的外场实验,获得了实验数据。研究结果表明:仿真结果与实验数据一致,对系统的优化具有很好的指导意义,此种方法可以满足机载和弹射的需求,提供了一种现场探测单元安全投放的新方法。 According to the operation mechanism of NMOHEMS field detection unit, a miniaturized jettison system is needed which should be easily automatically controlled. Based on the safety and reliability of system, the field detection unit was catapulted using compressed air. The relationship between the airpressure Px in the cylinder, the quality M of field detection unit and the exit velocity v become the key issue of the study. The level ejection and vertical ejection mathematical model of the airborne unit was established, and the models were simulated. The prototype model of pressure cylinder and the automatic control system was developed. The field experiment of the detection unit level ejection was implemented and the experimental data was obtained. The results show that the result of the simulation is consistent with the experiment result which has the very good guidance for the optimization of system. The method can meet the needs of airborne and ejection which provides a new way of catapulting field detection unit safely.
