Research on the Growth Process Model of Scientific and Technical Information Personnel

文章分析了科技情报人员综合能力指数的构成,提出了科技情报人员成长的孕育期、发展期和鼎盛期3个阶段,并阐述了各阶段情报人员能力素质的特点,研究了科技情报人员成长的综合能力指数变化曲线以及各要素变化曲线,在此基础上,构建了基于生长曲线模型的科技情报人员成长曲线模型,并进行了案例分析。

This paper analyzes the comprehensive ability index of scientific and technical information personnel,puts forward the pregnant period,development period and mature period of scientific and technical information personnel,elaborates the characteristics of each period,and researches on the variation curve of the comprehensive ability index and the variation curve of each essential factor. On the basis of this,the paper constructs the variation curve model of scientific and technical information personnel based on growth curve model and carries on the case analysis as well.
