自建大数据工具在情报领域的应用实践及对大数据理论的新认识

Application Practice of Self-built Big Data Tools in Information Field and New Understanding of Big Data Theory

北京市科学技术情报研究所自主研发了一套由词库生成器、科技情报分析系统、大矩阵和创新点自动发现系统构成的大数据工具。文章以分析研究机构学术影响力为例介绍了如何使用工具获取关于研究领域、论文数量、质量和团队建设等信息。并在应用实践的基础上,得出对大数据理论的新认识:大数据发展框架需要软课题研究介入,除法律、政策之外,科技伦理也值得重视;随着应用领域的扩大,大数据时代思维变革理论具有局限性,慎防套用。

Beijing Institute of Science and Technology Information independently develops a set of intelligence tools,including wordbank builder,scientific and technical information analysis system,large matrix and automatic discovery system of innovations. Taking the analysis of academic influence of the research institute as an example,this paper introduces how to use the tools to obtain the information of research field,quantity,quality and team building. Based on application practice,the paper obtains a new understanding for big data theory： the development framework of big data needs study of soft project; in addition to law and policy,science and technology ethics is also worth attention; with the expansion of application field,the change of thinking theory in big data era has limitation,which should avoid blindly acception.
