摘要
项目计划的内在稳健性的优劣决定了该项目计划能否成功实施。项目计划的内在稳健性度量指标是识别和制定稳健性项目计划的重要依据。基于16种优先规则制定项目计划和优化关键序列和资源链接,用33种度量指标测度项目计划内在稳健性并与j30,j60的网络计划算例的仿真结果进行对比。仿真结果表明,在j30,j60的每组480个算例中,内在稳健性度量指标RM5在均值和标准差方面都有最好的表现。
Intrinsic robustness of a project schedule determines whether the project schedule can be executed successfully or not. Intrinsic robust measurement index of a project schedule is an important basis to identify and establish a robust project schedule. On the basis of project schedules established by 16 different priority rules, and critical sequences and resource links of the schedules optimized, 33 indices to measure intrinsic robustness were compared and the best intrinsic robust measurements were identified by simulation using j30 and j60 network instances designed by Kolisch (1997). Simulation results show that intrinsic robust index RM5 has the best performance both in the average and standard deviation among the 480 deviation values of the j30 and j60 network instances.
