摘要
通过对合金元素在不锈钢中的作用的分析,设计了1种低成本的综合性能优良的新型高硅不锈钢材料(00Cr20Ni20Si6)。采取高效、短流程的无缝管生产工艺,成功制备出成材率90%以上的00Cr20Ni20Si6无缝管材。与传统高硅不锈钢相比,新钢种的使用范围更为广泛。该无缝管材不仅室温强度高出传统高硅不锈钢100MPa左右,而且耐腐蚀性能优异;在120℃、质量浓度为98%的硫酸条件下,合金的均匀腐蚀速率为0.024mm/a;而在90℃、质量浓度为98%的硝酸环境中,合金的均匀腐蚀速率为0.53mm/a。
A new high silicon stainless steel material with good comprehensive properties and low cost was designed by analyzing the function of alloy elements in stainless steel. 00Cr20Ni20Si6 high silicon seamless pipe with yield rate of more than 90 % was successfully produced using a high efficiency and short seamless steel pipe production process. Compared with traditional high silicon stainless steel, the application scope of the new high silicon stainless steel was more extensive. The room-temperature strength of 00Cr20Ni20Si6 seamless pipe was 100 MPa higher than that of traditional high silicon stainless steeL'And its corrosion resistance property was better. The uniform corrosion rate of alloy was 0. 024 mm/a under the condition of 120 ℃, 98 % sulfuric acid, and the uniform corrosion rate of alloy was 0. 53 mm/a under the condition of 90℃, 98 % nitric acid.
