硫脲对腰果酚曼尼期碱固化与性能的影响

Effect of thiourea on the curing and properties of cardanol Mannich base

摘要 分别对环氧树脂(E-51)/腰果酚曼尼期碱(PCD)和环氧树脂(E-51)/硫脲改性腰果酚曼尼期碱(FCD1)两种固化体系在不同温度下的凝胶时间进行了测定,通过Arrenhinus公式求出固化反应的表观活化能,并对固化物的力学性能和耐热性能进行了测试。结果表明:与E-51/PCD相比,E-51/FC-D1的表观活化能降低34.2%,低温固化反应活性更高,除固化物断裂伸长率下降46.9%外,其余剪切强度、拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和压缩强度均得到提高,固化物综合性能好;耐热性基本保持不变。 The gel time of the two curing systems of epoxy resin( E- 51) /cardanol mannich base( PCD) and epoxy resin( E- 51) / thiourea modified cardanol mannich base( FC- D1) were measured at different temperatures. The apparent activation energy of the two curing systems were calculated by Arrenhinus and the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the cured products were tested. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of E-51 /FC- D1 was decreased by 34. 2 % and the curing reactivity at low temperature was higher compared with that of E- 51 /PCD. The cured products had higher shear strength,tensile strength,tensile modulus,flexural strength,flexural modulus and compression strength,except that the breaking elongation was decreased by 46. 9 %. The E-51 /FC- D1 had better comprehensive performance and the heat resistance was substantially unchanged.
