摘要
采用二乙基次膦酸铝(OP1230)阻燃环氧覆铜基板。通过垂直燃烧测试考察了二乙基次膦酸铝含量对环氧基板阻燃性的影响,并采用炭层形貌观察、热失重分析、XPS分析等研究了上述阻燃体系的成炭行为和热降解历程。结果表明,OP1230的添加质量分数为15.0%时,基板阻燃性可达UL94 V-0(1.6 mm)级,阻燃胶液粘度及基板力学性能可满足覆铜板制备和使用性能要求。
The aluminum diethylphosphinate(OP1230)was used as the flame retardent of epoxy resin copper-clad laminate(CCL). The effect of OP1230 content on the flame retardance of epoxy substrate was investigated by vertical burning test. The charring behavior and thermal degradation process of the flame retardant system were studied by the charcoal layer morphology,thermal gravimetric analysis and XPS analysis. The results showed that the flame retardancy of substrate with 15.0% OP1230 could reach UL94 V-0(1.6 mm)grade and the viscosity of retardant glue and mechanical properties of the substrate could meet the performance requirements of CCL preparation and use.
