无溶剂型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂的合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of solvent-free polyurethane acrylate resin

摘要 采用本体法以MDI-50、不同的聚醚、聚酯多元醇及甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料,合成了系列无溶剂型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)预聚体,采用FT-IR红外光谱、热重分析、力学性能及涂膜性能测试表征了产物结构,研究了不同合成路线、异氰酸根指数R及聚二醇种类等对产物性能的影响。结果表明,产物预聚体的结构与理论一致,选用先封端再扩链路线得到的PUA预聚体粘度小,符合生产要求。当R为2.5~2.7、所用聚二醇为聚丙二醇PPG1000时,合成的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂粘度较低,性能良好。 A series of solvent-free polyurethane acrylate(PUA)prepolymer were synthesized by bulk polymerization using MDI-50,different polyether,polyester polyols and hydroxyethyl methacrylate as materials.The structure of the product was characterized and the effects of different synthetic routes,isocyanatc index R and poly-glycol types on product performance were investigated by FT-IR,TG and testings of mechanical properties and coating performance. The results showed that the structure of product prepolymer was consistent with that of theory. The viscosity of PUA prepolymer prepared follow the route that first terminating and then chain extending was low and could meet the production requirements. The synthesized urethane acrylate resin had low viscosity and good performance when R was 2.5 to 2.7and the polyethylene glycol PPG1000 was used as the polyalkylene glycol.
