松香改性桐油/辛基酚醛树脂的合成及性能研究

摘要 以辛基苯酚、甲醛、桐油和松香为原料合成了松香改性桐油/辛基酚醛树脂(RTOP)。讨论了RTOP的合成原理,通过软化点、粘度,正庚烷容纳度及分子质量测定考察了酚醛比例、酚醛浆用量以及桐油用量对RTOP性能的影响。结果表明:RTOP的合成建立在松香/辛基酚醛树脂、松香/桐油的Diels-Alder加成反应基础上。当辛基苯酚和甲醛物质的量为1∶1.8、松香和辛基苯酚物质的量为1∶0.7、桐油和松香质量比为15∶100以内时,合成的RTOP综合性能较优。增加甲醛和辛基苯酚比例、辛基酚醛浆的用量均可提高RTOP的软化点及其亚麻油溶液的粘度。提高桐油用量可增加RTOP的分子质量及其亚麻油的粘度。 The rosin modified tung oil/octylphenolic resin(RTOP)was synthesized using octylphenol,formaldehyde,tung oil and rosin as materials. The synthesis mechnism was discussed and the effects of mole ratio of octylphenol to formaldehyde,phenolic pulp amount and tung oil dosage on the properties of RTOP were investigated by the testings of softening point,viscosity,n-heptane tolerance and molecular weight. The results showed that the preparation of RTOP was based on the Diels-Alder addition reaction of rosin with octylphenolic resin and rosin with tung oil. The RTOP with desired properties could be prepared when the mole ratio of octylphenolic/formaldehyde was 1 ∶ 1.8,mole ratio of rosin/octylphenol was 1 ∶ 0.7 and the mass ratio of tung oil/rosion was within 15 ∶ 100. With the increasing the mole ratio of formaldehyde / octylphenolc and phenolic pulp amount,the softening point of RTOP and the viscosity of its linseed oil solution were increased. The molecular weight of RTOP and the viscosity of it linseed oil solution were increased with the increasing of tung oil amount
