静电复印中显影过程和墨粉树脂的研究进展 被引量:4

Research progress of developing process and toner resin for electrostatic printing

摘要 在数字打印技术中,复印或打印稿件的质量主要受到显影过程与定影过程的影响,对于定影过程,主要取决于调色剂所用粘接树脂的定影温度、耐高温偏移性等。而显影过程则更加复杂,涉及到不同的显影方式、墨粉自身的带电性以及墨粉的转移传输过程。因此这一过程的研究也受到了各研究机构和研究者的普遍关注。本文对相关文献中关于影响墨粉显影过程的一些因素进行了分析和总结,主要针对墨粉的带电量的影响因素。此外,总结了聚合法墨粉与聚酯树脂墨粉的应用。 The research progress in toner charge amount and the toner transfer in electrostatic printing,synthesis of toner by polymerization and modification of polyester resin for toner were reviewed.
