摘要
简要介绍了VAE乳液的聚合原理及产品的基本应用情况,并对VAE主装置工艺设计流程,装置污水预处理工艺流程进行了阐述;以提高VAE产品品质和提升VAE装置技术指标为主要研究方向,提出了优化聚合条件等生产技术建议。
This paper briefly introduces the principle of emulsion polymerization of VAE and the industrial application of VAE emulsion product,and introduces the process design of VAE plant and the wastewater pretreatment process. Aiming to improve the quality of VAE product and the technical specifications of VAE plant, some suggestions such as optimizing the polymerization parameters are put forward.
