摘要 阐述了冷冻机组和分子筛在空分塔正常运行中的作用,针对影响冷冻机组在保证较低温度空气进入分子筛前的多方面因素进行了研究,通过回收空分装置冷量降低冷冻机负荷的方法,实施了利用塔内不凝气冷量优化冷冻机运行和冷冻机组不停车清洗过滤网运行方案的全过程,保障了分子筛长期稳定工作,解决了空分塔难以长周期平稳运行的难题,达到了优化节能目的并取得了明显的经济效益。 This article discusses the role of refrigeration unit and molecular sieve in the normal operation of air separation column, and studies various factors which influence the refrigeration unit to ensure that low-temperature air enters the molecular sieve. By recycling the cold energy in air separation unit to reduce the load of refrigerators,the cold energy of noncondensate gas in column is used to optimize the operation ofrefrigerators and the filter is cleaned without shutting down the refrigeration unit,so as to guarantee the long-term and stable operation of the molecular sieve,solve the problem in the longterm and stable operation of the air separation column,achieve energy conservation target and obtain remarkable economic benefit.
