摘要
介绍了日本神户制钢所LCM280H型挤压机筒体排出段连接密封原理,论述了挤压机筒体排出段连接密封出现的熔融聚乙烯物料泄漏问题,分析了挤压机筒体排出段连接密封3种泄漏原因,制定了解决挤压机筒体排出段连接密封泄漏的具体方案,按照方案进行挤压机筒体排出段连接密封消漏处理,解决了挤压机筒体排出段连接密封泄漏问题,获得了许多LCM280H型挤压机宝贵的检修经验,保证了挤压机的平稳生产。
This paper introduces the principle of the connecting seal of barrel body segment of Japanese KOBELCO LCM280 H extruder,discusses the molten polyethylene leakage problem of the connecting seal,analyzes three reasons for the leakage of the connecting seal,and develops some solutions to the leakage. Leakage treatment is performed for the connecting seal of extruder barrel body segment,the leakage problems of connecting seal are solved,a lot of valuable experience is obtained for the maintenance of LCM280 H extruder,and the smooth production of the extruder is ensured.
