摘要
本文介绍了一种适用于变电站内高电压等级变电设备的带电水冲洗装备。该装备采用了新颖的车载平台设计,适用于大直径变电设备的移动式冲洗作业,应用三自由度机械臂代替人工持枪,从而降低了人工作业劳动强度,提高了带电水冲洗的安全稳定性,并结合水射流智能化控制便于对变电设备进行准确而高效地清洗。该装备通过了模拟现场及现场带电水冲洗试验,冲洗效果符合行业标准要求。
In this paper a hot water-washing vechicle for high-voltagetransformation apparatus is presented;a novel platform designed for the vechicle is suitable for mobile washing,especially used in transformation apparatus with large diameter;the manual gun is insteaded by the three degree of mechanical robots which can reduce the artificial labor intensity and increase the safety stability of hot water-washing;Cleaning efficiency is effectively raised by smart control for the water jet.The simulation and on-site live-line hot water-washing experiment is successfully finished,and the cleaning results conform to industry standard.
