In the grid dispatching control mode, in order to quickly find and deal with the ground fault in neutral non-direct ground system, reducing the ground fault analysis and processing time, and reducing impact of the ground fault on the grid and the society, the paper discusses in detail the reasons, phenomenon and common treatment methods of several typical ground fault. Finally, according to the cause of ground fault, some specific preventive measures of ground fault was put forward, which can effectively improve grid reliability and ensure grid security, quality, economy and stability.
